Oku Restaurant is the latest dining place from Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. They offer a japanese modern twist dishes by Chef Kazumasa Yazawa. Enjoy their beautiful Zen atmosphere, i’m pretty sure its perfect for lunch, meetings, and any other occasional dinners.

2. TASMANIAN SALMON SALAD
Pretty colorful dishes with salmon sashimi, salmon skin fried, seaweed, radish, vegetables, salad sauce and beautiful edible flowers. Too pretty to be eaten, and the taste was pretty awesome too! It’s on my favorite list now!
3. MAGAKI SUSHI
Sushi roll with crispy oyster and cute foam on top.
4. OKU KARAGE
Most favorite menu that turns them into their signature lately. Unusual black chicken karaage which made from squid ink and black charcoal and served with charcoal. The tastes itself is crunchy yet soft that can melts in your mouth. Forever fan!
5. Sturia Caviar
Fresh caviar served with fish crackers. Have it while it fresh!
6. CHUTORO CARPACIO
7. TRUFFLE GYUDON
A must have signature to fulfill your tummy while you here. Served with premium beef and truffle and rice. Oh dont forget the beautiful onsen egg on top too! Mix it all together and enjoy your mouthgasm!
8. Wagyu Ichibo
This thick medium rare wagyu is only available in set menu for dinner (OKUKASE).
9. WAGYU ICHIBO
There’s always a room for dessert, especially for an interesting dessert like this. Sake + fruits popsicle, why not?
