If you craving for french dessert and bakery, one you should not miss, of course, Paul Patisserie!
Here I and my friends finding a quality time at Paul Patisserie Plaza Indonesia and luckily got their newest summer menu that called “Summer Breeze”.
“Summer Breeze” is a seasonal menu by Paul Patisserie. In this mission, they’ll create salads and bread and choices of dessert using the summer fresh fruits such as rock melon, strawberry, orange, mango, kiwi etc. Sound interesting enough right? Let’s check ’em out!
1. Tomato Tarte tatin
Tarte tatin of caramelized cherry tomato, rocket salad and parmesan tuille.
2. PASTRAMI MELON SALAD
Strawberry salad served with pastrami, mozarelle, tomatoes, radishes,
carrots and chives.
3. Pastrami melon salad
Fresh melon salad serves with pastrami, feta cheese and radishes.
Never known that salad with melon and strawberry can make it tastes this good! Melon creates more sweetness while strawberry gets the fresh feeling! Both were good!
4. PASTRAMI MELON SANDWICH
Multigrain faluche sandwich served with pastrami and fresh melon.
As for bringing their history of French bakery since 1889, the quality of the sandwich is no doubt at all. Soft multigrain bread with great quality if pastrami and fresh melon in it make me want to munch more.
5. SWEET DESSERTS
There were several different fruit topping for every dessert that you can choose, and this was mine. I always had a thing for pastries with fresh fruits, and thank God I found you just in time! <3
