Udah sebulan lebih rasanya gak menulis. Sejak ada rutinitas baru, fokusnya jadi berbeda bukannya bertambah. Maklum, waktu tetap 24 jam tapi kerjaannya jadi nambah. Sekarang lagi mengusahakan untuk menggeser sedikit waktu untuk porsinya masing-masing. Semoga bisa kembali rajin dan lebih rajin lagi di tahun depan nanti! eh belom apa-apa udah ada resolusi untuk 2019. Anywaysss, kalian pasti udah mampir dong ke Ottomans baru yang di Cilandak? C’s Steak and Seafood restaurant offer the freshest seafood and prime cuts as well as a unique farm-to-table dining experience. Wine connoisseurs will also be spoiled with 3,000 bottles wine cellar that carries an interesting selection of both old and new world wines. As for the seafood, they serve fresh daily catch from the fisherman. Not talking more about seafood now, because we’re going to have their special cuts today!

So this is an exclusive program created by Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) through its brand, True Aussie Beef & Lamb. Starring 4 Chefs from the 5* hotels in Jakarta, MLA presents a wide array of Australian beef and lamb dishes that can be enjoyed in each hotel during October-December 2018. This program is also a collaboration with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, where cardholders can get 50% discount for selected dishes. Yes, because we’re Indonesian born Chinese since kid we already have a bunch of Chinese food experience from my grandma’s cooking until chef cooks in a restaurant like this. PASOLA, an international dining restaurant at Pacific Place, offers delectable arrays on the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with an a la carte option. But besides their usual dining package, they also held a private wine pairing dinner every two months! Sound interesting isn’t it? Well for me, it is!
