One of Chinese Restaurant in Plaza Indonesia that have been approved by me and my family’s taste buds. Yes, because we’re Indonesian born Chinese since kid we already have a bunch of Chinese food experience from my grandma’s cooking until chef cooks in a restaurant like this. As you know, the older usually not easily pleased by any kind of food. But Soup Restaurant did it a pretty good job here! So here I’ll be giving our favorite menu recommendation and might also their signature as well.
We’ve been invited to Kembang Tandjoeng Resto and so delighted to find this beautiful dining place. Located on the 2nd floor of Batik Semar in Tomang area, Kembang Tandjoeng serves various Indonesian cuisines and surprisingly coming with such affordable prices!
PASOLA, an international dining restaurant at Pacific Place, offers delectable arrays on the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with an a la carte option. But besides their usual dining package, they also held a private wine pairing dinner every two months! Sound interesting isn’t it? Well for me, it is!

The oldest fishcake brand from Korea – Samjin Amook finally opening their first store in Central Park Mall, Jakarta. Established since 1953, Samjin Amook has been opened more than 30+ store in South Korea and Asia.
Call me a Korean food lover, because I’ll give you a big yes if you ask me to Korean restaurant anytime! Not only going crazy for the bbq meat or soup or kimchi, I do also always judge a Korean restaurant by their banchan (side dishes). Another great part beside the good Korean food is, they always serve this small but many kinds of side dishes.
Anything “jadul” seems like a thing lately. Take a look at one of this “jadul” cafe. “Jadul” actually is a short term of JAman DULu, which means years ago. Kedai Roti Kobi is one of it that serves a childhood soft bread with variant fillings and simple drinks like iced milk tea, chocolate, iced coffee.
Satoo may be the most favorite restaurant in Shangrila Jakarta Hotel. It was my first time having their lunch buffet a few months ago and the place is super packed. All table was fully occupied and have their delightful lunch here.
