The 4th outlet that MLA will be collaborating for “Dining With The Star”, Bengawan restaurant at Keraton Jakarta. Bengawan is the signature restaurant at Keraton at The Plaza, located on the seventh floor with spectacular views of Jakarta and has become landmarks amongst Jakarta’s gastronomic elites.
Their dishes always be about the Asian and Indonesian classics with gastromonic touch curated by the award-winning culinary team of Keraton at The Plaza.
This time they made 2 special dishes using beef and lamb from MLA to support the event. The menu will be available until December with a special price discount if you using Danamon Card.
1. Roasted Lamb loin, sambal KECAP, LONTONG AND PICKLES
Most unique and prettiest roasted lamb loin I’ve ever had! Beautiful cuts of lamb with kecap and petite size of indonesian rice cake, lontong. Taste was amazing and the lamb doesn’t smell at all!
2. Beef Iga Bakar with 2 textures of Buntut
the second dish was more way amazing than the first! Because you know why? Take a closer look at the plate, small sides was an oxtail fried rice and the foam on top of the ribs (iga bakar) was an oxtail soup! You really can taste and feel the fragrant in those!
I cant stop in awe while tasting it and put it in my mouth for the first time. As the ribs, also melt really well in your mouth. Such an experience right!
So what are you waiting for? Last chance for you to try this in the whole December. Let yourself having an unique dining experience with Bengawan!
